Cheesy Corn Chowder
2 cups water
2 cups potatoes ~ chopped
1/2 cup carrots ~ chopped
1/2 cup celery ~ chopped
1/4 cup onion ~ chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Add all ingredients together and cook till vegetables are tender.
In separate saucepan, combine:
1/4 cup butter ~ melted
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
Stir till sauce thickens and then add in:
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 {16 ounce} can of corn
Add sauce into pan with vegetables. Stir till well mixed.
