Homemade Pizza Roll Ups
2 cans refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
1 cup shredded cheese ~ of choice
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
sauce of choice for dipping
Dust a large cutting board or section of counter with flour. Roll out pizza crust. Season with garlic salt and italian seasoning to liking. Top with cheese and meat. Starting with a short end, roll crust into a tight log. Slice into about 1" sections. Place on a a lightly greases baking sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Dip in sauce of choice.
